The timing could not have been better. I was down and really had a strong desire to “get back to who I really am.” I felt off track and stuck.. not myself.
This program is so simple but so powerful. By just creating simple acts of kindness towards myself for 5 minutes a day I really kick started my life back in the direction I want it to go…more joy…more appreciation, etc. Just listening 5 minutes a day helped me regain my love for me, which in turn helped me love my life and the people around me….and see things from different eyes. And, I’ve just started the journey…who knows where I will be in six months. YEA! Thanks Dani, I so appreciate your authenticity and desire to share your heart so that others can heal. YOU ROCK!
